   Martika is a curated online marketplace that showcases products from independent vendors across Lebanon. We make every effort to ensure listings are accurate, but vendors are responsible for product details, stock, and fulfillment.

2. Payments
   All prices are listed in USD or LBP depending on your location. Payments can be made by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on vendor location and customer address. Martika is not liable for delays due to third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Refunds
   Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

5. User Conduct
   You agree not to misuse this site, including by posting fake reviews, interfering with vendors, or attempting unauthorized access to the website.

6. Privacy
   All customer information is stored securely. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required for fulfillment or legal purposes.

7. Changes
   Martika reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
